YuktiCraft | YuktiScale Technologies LLP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\n\n

1. Parties<\/h2>\n

\n This Agreement is between YuktiScale Technologies LLP<\/strong>,\n operating YuktiCraft<\/strong>, and the registered vendor\/artisan\n (\u201cVendor\u201d).\n <\/p>\n\n

2. Appointment<\/h2>\n

\n The Vendor appoints YuktiCraft as an online marketplace through which the\n Vendor may offer eligible products. Listing inventory on YuktiCraft does\n not by itself transfer ownership of Vendor products to YuktiCraft.\n <\/p>\n\n

3. Registration and KYC<\/h2>\n

\n Vendors must provide accurate registration\/KYC information. YuktiCraft may\n request PAN, GSTIN, bank details, address proof, identity documents and\n business information.\n <\/p>\n\n

4. GST and Tax Status<\/h2>\n

\n YuktiCraft may onboard GST-registered and non-GST vendors where legally\n permitted. Vendors are responsible for accurately declaring their tax\n status and complying with applicable tax obligations. YuktiCraft may\n collect, withhold, report or process amounts where required by law.\n <\/p>\n\n

5. Product Ownership<\/h2>\n

\n The Vendor represents that it owns the products or has lawful authority to\n sell them. Products must not be counterfeit, stolen or unlawfully sourced.\n <\/p>\n\n

6. Product Authenticity<\/h2>\n

\n Vendors are responsible for accurate descriptions and claims regarding\n materials, origin, handmade status, dimensions and other product\n characteristics.\n <\/p>\n\n

7. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n

\n Vendor grants YuktiCraft a non-exclusive licence to use submitted product\n images, descriptions, names, marks and other content for listings,\n marketing, advertising, catalogue management and customer service. Vendor\n warrants the content is non-infringing.\n <\/p>\n\n

8. Marketplace Commission<\/h2>\n

\n Unless otherwise agreed, the standard marketplace commission is\n 15% of eligible product value<\/strong>. Category-specific rates may\n apply.\n <\/p>\n\n

9. Payment Processing<\/h2>\n

\n Payment processing fees may be deducted based on actual or agreed costs.\n Payments may be processed through Razorpay and\/or CCAvenue.\n <\/p>\n\n

10. Shipping<\/h2>\n

\n Shipping may be passed through at actual\/applicable cost, charged under an\n agreed schedule or included in promotional arrangements.\n <\/p>\n\n

11. Warehouse Fulfilment<\/h2>\n

\n Where Vendor inventory is stored at a YuktiCraft warehouse, separate\n inbound, storage, pick-and-pack, return or special-handling fees may apply.\n <\/p>\n\n

12. Warehouse Inventory<\/h2>\n

\n Warehouse inventory should be recorded by SKU, quantity, condition and\n inward date. Ownership and risk shall follow the specific commercial\n arrangement between YuktiCraft and Vendor.\n <\/p>\n\n

13. Order Fulfilment<\/h2>\n

\n Vendor-fulfilled orders must meet the applicable processing timelines.\n Repeated failures may lead to listing or account suspension.\n <\/p>\n\n

14. Quality and Packaging<\/h2>\n

\n Vendors must supply products matching listings, meet applicable quality\n requirements and package products suitably for transport.\n <\/p>\n\n

15. Returns<\/h2>\n

\n Vendor products are subject to YuktiCraft\u2019s customer return policy. Costs\n arising from wrong products, defects, material misrepresentation, missing\n components or Vendor fulfilment errors may be charged to the Vendor after\n investigation, subject to applicable law.\n <\/p>\n\n

16. Handmade Variation<\/h2>\n

\n Reasonable handmade variations do not automatically constitute defects\n where properly disclosed.\n <\/p>\n\n

17. Settlement<\/h2>\n

\n Vendor settlements are processed according to YuktiCraft\u2019s settlement\n schedule after applicable deductions for commission, payment fees,\n shipping, refunds, returns, chargebacks, taxes, warehouse charges and\n other authorised amounts.\n <\/p>\n\n

18. Prohibited Products<\/h2>\n

\n Vendors must not list products prohibited by law, YuktiCraft rules,\n payment-provider requirements or logistics restrictions.\n <\/p>\n\n

19. Counterfeit\/Infringing Products<\/h2>\n

\n YuktiCraft may remove listings or suspend accounts where there is a\n reasonable concern regarding counterfeit goods or intellectual-property\n infringement.\n <\/p>\n\n

20. Customer Data<\/h2>\n

\n Vendors may use customer information received through YuktiCraft only for\n legitimate fulfilment and customer-service purposes and must not use it for\n unauthorised marketing.\n <\/p>\n\n

21. Suspension<\/h2>\n

\n YuktiCraft may suspend vendors for fraud, repeated cancellations, poor\n fulfilment, counterfeit products, abuse, false information, IP\n infringement, tax\/KYC issues or other material violations.\n <\/p>\n\n

22. Termination<\/h2>\n

\n Either party may terminate the relationship subject to applicable notice\n terms. Outstanding orders, returns, refunds, payments, chargebacks,\n customer claims and inventory obligations survive termination where\n applicable.\n <\/p>\n\n

23. Indemnification<\/h2>\n

\n Vendor shall indemnify YuktiCraft against claims arising from Vendor\n products, defects, false claims, IP infringement, unlawful conduct, tax\n violations or breach of this Agreement, to the extent permitted by law.\n <\/p>\n\n

24. Governing Law<\/h2>\n

\n This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable law,\n disputes may be subject to competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.\n <\/p>\n\n

25. Vendor Acceptance<\/h2>\n

\n By registering as a Vendor and accepting these terms electronically, the\n Vendor confirms that it has read and agreed to this Agreement.\n <\/p>\n\n
